  • You may request to cancel your ticket for a partial refund, up to 24 hours before the date and time of the delivery.

  • Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of placing an order may help you receive a refund or a transfer.

  • Refunds issued will be transferred to your account within 48 hours post-cancelation.

  •  

  • There is no possibility of getting  refund if the order is already out for delivery.
